All of this can leave you drained, a lower sense of identity and unsure of your next steps. Hi, my name is Gina Hargrove and I am the Revenue Cycle Director for a healthcare workforce organization. I oversee day-to-day operations for onshore and offshore operations. I report directly to my VP and wear as many hats as it takes to get the job done. I have been successful through the various stages of my thirty plus years in Revenue Cycle Management. Changes in technology, processes, compliance, and billing often time left me not understanding the why of situations and circumstances that happened. Obtaining professional coaching skills from Teresita Glasgow via In His Season, Inc. allowed me to know and understand the difference between coaching and mentoring. She hears, listens and provides thought provoking questions that stimulates. The coaching allowed me to be okay with sharing my thoughts and feelings, something we can’t always do in the corporate setting and hear feedback based on the communication I provided. Self-preservation, confidence and a plan of action was solidified in our coaching sessions allowing missed opportunities to be dealt with instead of boxed up and placed on a shelf to use in the future. I am Blessed, humbled and grateful for the connection with Teresita. I have grown personally and professionally.
